Frédéric Chenu studied in the United States where he worked in international companies in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry.
After a career as a manager and marketing director, he turned to what fascinated him: the evolution of men and women in the workplace and how each one finds their place within the organizations while preserving their identity.
He works with and supports managers and their teams in all change management issues, whether in individual or group coaching.
As a specialist in "Courageous Conversations", he uses this tool to support his clients and enable them to take another step towards what is essential for them.
