This book consists of 15 coaching case studies, all independent of each other. Each case study was chosen for its singularity and its connections with the issues of our time.
To facilitate reading and using the book material, the cases are structured in the same way. This structure allows for the reader to go through the cases and different situations step-by-step and in several stages, and it offers different strategies and tools to support the coachee. At the end of each case, you will find some lines of thought on the practice of coaching and supervision.
