After 9 years as a communications consultant and 1 year of traveling the world seeking out inspiring social and environmental projects, Alice Vivian specialized in social innovation and strategic foresight. She explored the Future for 5 years as director of the Institute of Desirable Futures, a non-profit association whose goal is to think and inspire new models of society for the Future.
Alice Vivian loves to explore new territories and create bridges between disciplines. She is now a certified yoga teacher and practices yoga therapy and mindfulness. Her main areas of work in companies are stress management and well-being at work as tools to support change.
Passionate about neuroscience applied to talent activation, Alice Vivian blends these disciplines to offer new forms of coaching based on a "mind, heart and body" approach. Among her research topics, the urgency of deceleration and the Body-Spirit reconnection. She works with her clients on putting the philosophy and practice of "CARE" at the heart of their strategy in order to promote positive, long-lasting transformation. She also devotes time to the non-profit world where she brings the benefits of yoga to people in vulnerable and precarious situations.
Alice works in French and English.
