Pierre Perrin began his career as a manager in aeronautics while pursuing a career as a high-level sportsman and handball player. This combination of activities allowed for him to discover the importance of individual and collective well-being in performance.
After working in operations, he held functional HR positions. Pierre Perrin was then a member of the COMEX where he was responsible for the management of numerous mergers as part of the company's development.
His interventions are rooted in the sociology of organizations and systemic approach. In the transformations he helps navigate, he implements innovative actions to facilitate the learning of the stakeholders. Pierre draws part of his energy from creating by exploring new approaches based on his entrepreneurial experience.
