Born in London to a Russian father and an Armenian mother, Ludmila Kostandova grew up between France and Russia, with a strong cultural influence from Caucasia and Central Asia. She pursued her multidisciplinary studies in Europe, the United States and Asia.
With Ludmila, culture, arts, science, aesthetics, philosophy and poetry are integrated into a renewed and inspiring vision of management and leadership.
She is passionate about coaching leaders who seek to reveal and mobilise the talents of their teams by putting the human being at the centre of their strategic decisions.
