Anna GALLOTTI

Italian by birth, Parisian by adoption, Anna spent the first 25 years of her life in Milan, the next 20 years in Paris and now lives in New York. She works in the United States and Europe.

Anna has been coaching since 1997. She is very involved in the professionalization of the coaching profession as an MCC examiner and Chair of the Thought Leadership Institute at the International Coaching Federation.

She practices executive coaching, organizational development, learning and leadership development. She has contributed to the creation of corporate academies, as well as international programs on leadership and feedback.
She has also created her own coaching school, the Group Coaching Institute, which is ICF Level 1 certified.

Her clients say that she has an international profile and is very adaptable to different contexts, that she gets results quickly by going to the heart of the matter from weak signals, and that she shakes up conventional wisdom with gentleness and firmness.
