Olivier Basso designs and facilitates various leadership development programs, including the Cercle de l'IHEE (Institut de l'Entreprise), aimed at young executives from large companies who wish to cultivate their leadership qualities in a program that alternates between sharing experiences, co-development between peers and exchanges.

Executive coach, Olivier Basso is also associate professor in Leadership at the CNAM, where he teaches leadership and intrapreneurship in MBA. He also directs the DBA programme, an applied doctorate course for experienced managers who are keen to reflect on and enrich their experience with the latest results of management research. He is also the academic director of the Certificate in Leadership and Complex Management at Sciences Po Executives which he created in 2016.

Olivier Basso was previously a professor at ESCP Europe where he created and directed various programs in entrepreneurship and "Change and Leadership", some of them in partnership with other international institutions (ESADE, Babson College, Duke University). Prior to that, he founded and managed for 7 years a management consulting firm specialized in strategic analysis and pre-acquisition audits and participated in the creation of several start-ups.

He has written numerous books and articles on leadership, management training and entrepreneurial innovation. Olivier Basso is an alumnus of the ENS Ulm (Philosophy), a graduate of HEC (P.I.M. ESADE-Ann Arbor University, Michigan), a Doctor in management (University of Paris I - La Sorbonne) and qualified to supervise theses (HDR, University of Paris II, Assas).
